Just like NY style pizza! We ordered 2 pies this month with guests visiting from NJ, and they were both cooked perfectly and delicious. One was a plain, one was covered in onions. No grease, great crust, simply delicious. Just moved up here from the NY metro area, and we will definitely return. - M. C. 08/2019
